China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (Harbin Trade Fair) is one of the large-scale foreign trade fairs authorized by the Chinese government. Since its first session in 1990, the Fair has been successfully held for 19 consecutive years. Exhibitors and professional visitors of 80 countries and regions from home and abroad attended the Fair, with the total number of 1.5 million. The total contractual turnover has reached over 100 billion USD. Owing to its constant innovation, Harbin Trade Fair has developed from a regional fair into an international expo and has become a significant international trade fair in the world—a window for China to fully exploit the diversified international market and a major platform for regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.

Exhibitors and Visitors
1. Exhibitors may register on our website: www.ichtf.com or fill out our “registration form for exhibitors”, fax company’s information and exhibits’ list to the fair, deadline of registration is May 15.
2. Visitors may register on our website: www.ichtf.com or fill out our “registration form for visitors”, and fax the form to the fair, deadline of registration is May 31.
3. We will provide business consulting, trade matchmaking, online supply and demand information release, etc.
4. Exhibition period: June 15-19, from 8:30 to 17:00 every day.
Booth Cost
1. Indoor international standard 9㎡（3m×3m）booths are available at US$1,500 each during the exhibition. Each indoor booth is facilitated with 3 pieces of exhibiting boards, a desk, 3 chairs, a piece of carpet, 2 spotlights, a power socket of 220V/3A(within 500W), a dustbin, a lintel board with Chinese/English name of the exhibitor.
2. Indoor exhibition bare land is available at US$155/㎡ with a minimum requirement of 36㎡during the exhibition and increase by 9㎡, with no exhibition devices.
3. Machinery and Electric products Pavilion (exhibition tent):Each 9㎡booth costs US$1000 during the exhibition. Each indoor booth is facilitated with 3 pieces of exhibiting boards, a desk, 3 chairs, a piece of carpet, 2 spotlights, a power socket of 220V/3A(within 500W), a lintel board with Chinese/English name of the exhibitor. Exhibits handling is free, cable lines used for machinery shall be prepared by yourself, electric charges shall be borne by yourself.
4. Outdoor large-scale machinery exhibition area is available at US$20/㎡during the exhibition, the minimum area to lease is 25㎡, no exhibition facilities and power supply provided.
Payment
You are kindly requested to remit the rent for booth prior to May 31, any delay in remitting of the above rent shall be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal from the exhibition, booth reserved for you will be rearranged

Visas
1. You may obtain letter of invitation from Harbin Trade Fair or through your Chinese partners.
2. Foreign exhibitors and visitors may go to Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country for entry visa with the letter of invitation from Harbin Trade Fair (you are kindly requested to provide with your information like name, gender, title, nationality and passport number).
3. Also, you can entrust China Travel Agency to apply for visa for you.
Transportation
Regarding transportation, nominated transportation agency shall provide you with superior services such as exhibits inspection & quarantine; exhibits check in, customs clearance, transportation, loading & unloading, packing & storage. Cards
1. Exhibitor card: every standard booth (9㎡) is facilitated with 3 cards, every 25㎡ Outdoor Large-scale Machinery Exhibition Area is facilitated with 2 cards.
2. Operation time for Card Center starts from June 1, exhibitors and visitors can apply for cards online or onsite.
Online card application: please visit www.ichtf.com, deadline for application is June 12.
Onsite card application: Exhibitors shall get a chest card from Card Center with booth confirmation, a copy of passport, a color photo of 37mm×37mm.
Visitors shall get a chest card from Card Center with a copy of passport, name card, a color photo of 37mm×37mm and a copy of “registration form for visitors”.
Booth Setup and Dismantling
1. Booth setup time:
June 8-12 is for self-decoration booths, June 12-14 for standard booths, from 8:00 to 19:00 everyday day. If exhibitors have to work overtime, please go to the Service Center for permission and pay the extra fee, overtime working is permitted till 24:00. The hall will close for safety inspection at 12:00 of June 14.
2. Setup of self-decoration booths implements construction access mechanism and strictly follows the “Construction and Design Management Stipulations of China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair”, for further information please visit www.ichtf.com.
3. For self-decoration booths, all the setup work shall be done outside the exhibition hall and may assemble in the hall. The height of exhibition for indoor booths may not exceed 6 meters, the height of exhibition for outdoor machinery and electric products pavilion shall not exceed 4.4 meter. Inflammable material and power lead must be fire-proof treated.
4. In case you have specific need for decoration of your booth or you feel the need to dismantle the isolation board between booths, please submit to us in advance your floor plan, dismantle drawing of the booth to Harbin Trade Fair for approval prior to May 15. Should any change be made after the completion of the booth, setup work shall not be performed until the application is approved and extra fee is paid after June 8.
5. In the course of booth setup, it is not allowed to occupy public space or block anti-fire equipment. Exhibitors must clean up all the setup wastes and packaging materials instantly.
6. In case exhibitors need to lease exhibition appliances, please submit your application prior to May 31 or apply to the service center during booth setup.
7. All the samples or commodities on display are not allowed to enter the exhibition venue during the fair.
8. Booth dismantling time: 15:00 of June 19 – 18:00 June 20. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle the booths ahead of schedule; overtime dismantling in the night of June 19 is permitted.
Other Services
1. Information about exhibitors will be printed on the Exhibitors’ Catalogue free of charge, your material and business information will be advertised on our website free of charge.
2. Service Center in the pavilion offers the following services: rental of exhibition appliances, post, communication, tickets, network, business center, etc.
3. Concerning departments shall provide onsite services as follows: customs, inspection and quarantine, industry and commerce administration, quality and technical supervision, intellectual property rights, law.

China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (Harbin Trade Fair) is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, The People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province, and the People’s Government of Harbin Municipality.
